The glue output size of automatic dispenser is inconsistent

The inlet pressure regulator should be set at 10 to 15psi lower than the minimum pressure in the plant, The pressure used by the pressure cylinder should be between the pressure above the middle of the pressure gauge, and the low pressure part of the pressure gauge should be avoided. The control pressure of the glue valve should be at least 60psi to ensure the stability of glue delivery. Finally, check the dispensing time. If it is less than 15/1000 seconds, the dispensing will be unstable. The longer the dispensing time, the more stable the dispensing will be.

The flow rate of automatic dispensing machine is too slow
If the flow rate is too slow, change the pipeline from 1/4 "to 3/8". If there is no need, the shorter the better. In addition to changing the pipe, we should also change the rubber outlet and air pressure, so as to completely speed up the flow rate.
